Refund Policy

When we refund Plus subscriptions and daily Spotlight placements, in plain language.

Plus subscription

Plus is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime— your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and then simply stops renewing. We don't charge a cancellation fee, and there are no partial-month refunds for the remainder of a period you cancel within. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your account.

Daily Spotlight bids

A daily Spotlight is a paid placement that is delivered on the day you win — your listing runs in the Spotlight slot for that date. Winners are charged on the 1st at the second-highest bid (second-price), and once a placement has run that charge is non-refundable, because the service you paid for — the placement — was provided.

If a placement fails to deliver because of our error(for example, the slot didn't show when it should have), we'll make it right with a goodwill credit or refund for the affected day. Just let us know.

Your statutory cancellation right (UK & EU)

Plus and the daily Spotlight are digital services we begin providing right away — Plus access starts the moment you subscribe, and a Spotlight placement is reserved the moment you win the auction. By subscribing to Plus or placing a winning Spotlight bid, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital purchases under UK and EU consumer law. The refund terms above still apply on top of this.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mmolove.ggwith the charge details (the email on your account and the date of the payment). We'll review eligible requests and get back to you.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider — we can almost always resolve a billing issue faster and more fairly by email. Disputes freeze the account while the provider investigates, which slows things down for everyone.
